What a goose am I. The thing is I was in my early 70s when I first discovered the magic of Western Queensland.

 

But not to worry I am making up for that now.

 

This book of short stories, mostly about western Queensland towns and life, reflects the people I have met and the places I have visited.

 

The stories are works of fiction and drawdown on the history and development of our great state of Queensland.

 

Australia is a young nation but what we may lack in years we certainly make up for with an abundance of unique Australian characters.
